IDN Poker Slip
It's been quite a while since I've played online poker and lately I've noticed that I'm getting a lot of times where I get blinds slips from players who would rather play blinds than playing poker. Why is this? It seems like it makes me look suspicious!
If you are one of those poker players who has spent a good deal of time winning in casino poker, then you understand the concept of winning and losing. The good news is that I believe that playing online poker is the same as playing casino poker. You have to learn how to lose and win at the same time! What you will find when you learn how to lose and win, is that you become much more at ease with all of the psychological aspects of poker and of life in general.
The other day when I was dealing with another online poker player who would rather play blinds than playing poker, he called me and said he received his first IDN poker slip. I said, "What is an IDN poker slip?" He explained to me that this is a slip of paper, which is a hand slip where you can see the cards.
Now he has played at several online poker games and he had gotten a lot of slips of IDN poker slips. He said that the slips were usually pretty similar and you would learn a lot by just reading over the IDN poker slip. When you have had enough of a slip, you can still play back and get some practice.
In any case, I was reading a slip and I came across an idn play slip and I quickly looked it up and realized that it was showing me that the card I was holding did not match the card that I had dealt. So, I was getting really frustrated trying to figure out why this slip showed up and why I would have to pay money to play again.
I said to him, "How is it possible that this slip shows up on the table?" and he told me that he would have to look it up. So, we went back and forth with each of us telling the other about how we just spent a few minutes looking up the game.
Finally, I finally figured out that the slip of paper was showing me that the card I was holding did not match the card that I had dealt. I was rather confused because it did not match but I just continued playing.
After the game, I told him "Hey did you have any trouble seeing my name?" and he said "No, I just felt that I saw your name." We had some fun playing and I think I can even beat him now. Why?
